VERMILLION COUNTY FAIR - 4-H PROJECT CHECK-IN
To reserve your slot for project drop off, visit this link:
or call the office for assistance at using the link at 765-492-5330.
A volunteer (with face cover) will meet you at your vehicle and unload /help
unload completed exhibits and carry to the ‘sanitation’ table just inside doors.
From there, volunteers will wipe down surfaces that can be safely
(without damaging the project) and carry in to the heart of the
community building where they will be sorted by 4-H project area.
Non-perishable projects for 4-H, Mini 4-H, and CloverBud :
Check-in time options from Sun., July 12-Tues., July 14.
All judging on these projects will start on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 14 and continue through Thurs., July 16. Only a few judges & volunteers will be permitted in the building for each judging time slot. Non-perishable 4-H projects include: Rocketry, ALL poster and notebook projects, ALL Arts & Crafts, Animal Posters, Aquatic Sci., Beekeeping, Plant Sci.,Careers, Child Dev., Community Svc., Creative Writing, Farm Scene, Gift Wrap, Memory Book, Music, Scrapbooking, Dogs, Astronomy, Electric, Entomology, Forestry, Genealogy, Geology, Postmarks, Health, I’m a Hoosier, Home Env., ALL Photography, Sports, Recycling, ATV Safety, Sewing, Shooting Sports, Sm. Engines, Soil &Water, Sportfishing, Construction Toys, Vet Sci., Weather, Wildlife, Weeds, Woodworking.
ALL PERISHABLE projects for 4-H: check-in time options :
Thurs. July 16 afternoon/Evening through Fri., July 17 at Noon.
These projects include: foods, Food Preservation, Baking for Fun, Microwave, Cake Decorating, Cupcake Decorating, Gardening, Single Vegetable, & Herbs.
Judging for Perishable projects will begin on Friday, July 17 at 1:00 and continue through Friday evening. Only a few judges & volunteers will be permitted in the building for each judging time slot.
