Huntington County Mini 4-H

Huntington County Mini 4-H is for youth in grades K - 2.  It is a FREE program.  It is designed to provide your child with an introduction to the 4-H program.  Youth may select one project and a booklet will be provided to them on the project.

Youth can choose to participate in the Mini 4-H Clubs that are offered or they can do the project at home with the help of an adult.

We offer a Mini 4-H Club Day March 10, 2019 from 2 - 4 pm  First Merchants Bank Heritage Hall.   Please RSVP to the Extension Office. 

Mini 4-H Fun Day June 13, 2019.  Cost:  $10.  RSVP is required to the Extension Office for t-shirt size.

The Mini 4-H program is designed to be an interactive project between the child and an adult helper.  It is NOT designed for youth to do totally on their own.

The booklet in the Related Materials (below) has a complete description for each project.

You can sign your child up at the 4honline website or with the form in Related Materials (below) from October 1 - January 15.  You can sign up through the Extension Office from January 16 until May 15 if they would like to exhibit a project at the 4-H Fair.
