AgComm has created Extension specific templates as a resource to help with design and ensure that we are in compliance with USDA regarding the outreach statements. Using these templates is not mandatory, but the outreach statements are mandatory when applicable (please reference guidelines attached). They have made templates for flyers and postcards in Marq and Canva and a slide deck for Microsoft PowerPoint. Also, as a reminder, social media graphics do not need these statements as the link to the statements should included on your social media accounts.
The slide template (linked below) can be used by anyone that has Microsoft PowerPoint. If you have questions, please contact the appropriate person listed below:

For those who were unable to attend the recent Indiana Board of Animal Health (BOAH) update on avian influenza, a recording of the webinar is now available for review.
This update includes critical information on the current spread of avian influenza in Indiana. As this disease continues to impact both commercial and backyard poultry, staying informed is essential.
This information is especially important for ANR Extension and 4-H professionals as we navigate how to continue our programming and outreach while prioritizing animal and public health. Whether supporting local poultry owners or planning 4-H poultry events, this recording will help guide your work moving forward.
All Purdue employees have access to Marq, a university-supported design platform with easy-to-use branded templates for flyers, social media graphics and more. To get started, request a license here:

Please note: Requests now go through the Workfront portal, which may require you to login with your Purdue credentials and will direct you to Adobe.
Faculty and staff may also use Canva for design projects. While Canva does not include Purdue’s primary branded fonts, it offers approved alternatives. Be sure to follow Purdue’s branding guidelines, including colors and fonts, available here:
