Beginners will exhibit a single layer cake or styrofoam with simple techniques such as basic borders, a printed message, leaves, one color sugar molds, etc. Intermediate exhibits a cake or form with techniques such as figure piping, side decorations, a written message, a three-dimensional cake, etc. Advanced will exhibit a decorated cake or form using advance techniques such as nail flowers, color flow, fancy borders, etc.
