2025 Ten Year 4-H Member Information

Congratulations on reaching your tenth year as a 4-H member!  The 4-H Council is planning to recognize our ten year members in several ways this year.  We need your cooperation in order to make sure you are included. 

• We will be including a senior picture and a short write-up of each ten year 4-H member in the 2025 4-H Fairbook.  Please keep your write-up brief. Write-ups will be edited for length in order to fit three members per page.  You may fill out this form, or use it as a guide and return it to the Extension Office, or you may email your information to Maggie Herrington at mherrington@purdue.edu.   
• Please submit one “senior picture” type head shot and one photo of you as a “first year” or young 4-H’er.  Photos can be submitted as a hard copy or emailed to Maggie Herrington in our office at mherrington@purdue.edu.
• The 4-H Council will recognize ten year members and present them with a plaque at the 2025 4-H Fair during the Hamilton County 4-H Queen Pageant on July 11 at 7:00 p.m.  Please mark your calendar now and plan to attend.
• Your name and photos will be displayed at the 4-H Fair.

Please be prompt with your reply. This is the only way we can include you and acknowledge your achievements during your ten years in 4-H.
