The Purdue Extension ANR Program Assistant will collaborate with local agricultural partnering organizations, agriculture producers, landowners, homeowners, decision makers and citizens interested in the science of agriculture. The Purdue Extension ANR Program Assistant is responsible for working with the Extension Staff with educational programming, preparation, coordination and delivery of comprehensive agricultural programming. The ANR Program Assistant will work directly with the County Extension Director to plan, organize, and implement programs.

Qualifications: It is desired that applicants have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference given to applicants with a degree in a field related to agriculture. Applicants must have good communication skills, organization skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Applicants need to be comfortable speaking to the public and representing Purdue Extension in a professional manner.
