Registration for the Living Well Conference is due by Friday, September 20. It needs to be mailed with payment to the Jay County Extension Office. You can find the registration form attached below. The event will be on Thursday, October 17, at Millcreek Civic Center in Chesterfield (Madison County). Registration & morning refreshments starts at 8:45 and the day concludes at 3:00. The keynote speakers are from the Indiana State Police, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. They will be speaking about Digital Safety and Responsibility.
