Kris Parker leads Extension’s Leadership and Civic Engagement programs. She develops curriculum and provides training on various topics of leadership development; diversity, equity and inclusion; cultural competence: grant writing and organizational development. She also facilitates processes including group decision-making, strategic planning and public issues dialogue.

Kris has a Master’s degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership and Management from SIT Graduate Institute in Vermont and a B.A. in Human Development and Social Relations from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana.
