Small, in-person cohort meetings held locally in your community
Why Mentorship?
Many childcare providers feel overwhelmed by scattered information, changing rules, and limited training opportunities. Our Mentoring Program helps close that gap by offering hands on support, guided learning, and time to work with other providers. You will meet locally in your community with a supportive group of professionals who understand your work.
What to expect
This 16-week program includes:
-
One-on-one mentoring
-
- Practical strategies you can apply in your childcare setting
-
-
Professional incentives and classroom materials
The program includes four in person meetings and four virtual sessions over four months. Participants work toward a shared goal, certification, or project that supports both personal and professional growth.
