Navigating Lactose Intolerance
Persons often wonder if they have an intolerance or allergy to certain foods. Lactose in dairy products is a substance that folks often wonder about. Purdue Extension recently updated the Lactose Intolerance publication in partnership with Dr. Dennis Savaiano, faculty in Nutrition Science at Purdue. "Navigating Lactose Intolerance with Nutrition in Mind" helps to address concerns that persons may have and provide practical tips for navigating any concerns.
