Did You Know:
take steps toward health
As the days get longer and the weather warms, it's the perfect time to step outside and start moving. Walking is one of the simplest ways to improve your health. Research shows regular walking can boost heart health, improve mood, increase energy, and lower the risk of chronic disease. A great place to start is committing to a 10-15 minute walk each day and gradually building toward the recommended 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week. Consider taking a short walk after a meal, during a working break, or around your neighborhood. Small steps add up, and making walking part of your daily routine can lead to lasting benefits for both your physical and mental well-being.
