We are accepting applications for new Community Nutrition Advisor positions supporting Smart SNAP Education as part of Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP)!

These positions will work in rural communities across Indiana to provide nutrition and physical activity education, build community partnerships, and help create healthier places to live, learn, work, and play.

Positions are limited-duration, with anticipated funding through Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) for 1–5 years. A valid driver’s license and travel within an assigned service area are required.
