All of your MoCo 4-H info & help in one place!
Montgomery County 4-H is excited to have you as part of our family! This program is run primarily by our dedicated volunteers, and we are always looking for additional help! This is a great program that teaches youth how to be leaders, more independent, and better decision makers. They can also learn new skills, make new friends, learn how to meet deadlines, and responsibility.
The Indiana 4-H Youth Development mission is to provide real-life educational opportunities that develop young people who will have a positive impact in their communities and the world. Indiana 4-H Youth Development strives to be the premier, community-based program empowering young people to reach their full potential.
The 4-H program is open to any youth in grades 3-12 and has a $15 state program fee, with a cap of $45 per family. Mini 4-H is available to any youth in grades K-2 and there is not a fee to participate. If the fees pose a hardship please contact the Extension Office for a fee waiver request.

Junior Leader Officer Applications
The Montgomery County 4-H Junior Leaders is an active group of 4-H youth currently in grades 7-12 who are looking to enhance their leadership skills, as well as serve as positive role models in the 4-H program and community. Over the last few years, the club has seen tremendous growth and engagement, thanks in part to a strong officer team. Therefore, we are already seeking out strong officer applicants for next year. If you are interested in becoming an officer for next year, please read through the Guidelines for Junior Leader Officer Applications FIRST and then fill out the 25 Junior Leader Officer Application.
Applications need to be turned into the Extension office or e-mailed to Junior Leader Advisors, Abby (asweet@purdue.edu) or Morgan (moswick49@purdue.edu) by Monday, July 7th.
