2026 Wabash County 4-H Fair Dates: July 7 - July 17

  • March 7: Beef ID Day
  • April 11: 10-Year Members Bios Due / Goat & Sheep ID Day / Swine Truckload Purchase Pick-up
  • May 1: 4-H Camp Registration Due
  • May 2: Beef, Goat, and Sheep ID Day and Rate of Gain Weigh-In Day
  • May 15: Animal ID Deadline in 4Honline / Lease Forms Due & County Bred and Born Forms Due to the Extension Office
  • June 9: Mini 4-H Day Camp

2026 Wabash County 4-H Prefair and Fair Schedule

Tuesday, June 16:

  • Fair Entry for the Wabash County 4-H Fair: ALL projects / exhibits should be entered in Fair Entry
  • Creative Writing Projects due to the Extension Office
  • Livestock IQLC / YQCA certification should be submitted to Extension Office
  • Additional swine pens must be requested in Fair Entry and payment must be submitted to Extension Office

Saturday, June 27: 8:00 AM - FAIR Set-Up

  • Workday / FAIR Set-Up — 8:00 am — All 4-H Members & Families
  • Following Fair Set-Up: Sign up for Tent Spaces at the Swine Barn Office

Monday, July 6: (Theme: Dress to Impress Day)

  • Consumer Clothing & Fashion Revue Judging — 5:00 p.m. — Northfield HS
  • Public Fashion Revue — 7:30 p.m. — Northfield HS
  • Follows Public Fashion Revue:
    • 10-Year Member Recognition — Northfield HS
    • 2025 Achievement Awards — Northfield HS
    • Class of 2027 Senior Recognition — Northfield HS

  • Floriculture / Garden / Aquatic Science — 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. — Bob Elrod Building
  • Crops Judging — 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. — Bob Elrod Building
  • Obedience & Agility Dog Show — 9:00 a.m. — Show Arena
